The ankle is secured with a Velcro strap, and micro fit adjustments can be made with the single L6 BOA dial, even while wearing bulky winter gloves.The newly-redesigned R5 nylon outsole provides moderate stiffness and comfort for efficient pedaling. The cleat position is set slightly further back for better pedaling efficiency and reduced knee compression.
