Deliveries

• We aim to despatch all orders received before 2pm the same day, via
• Royalmail postal service.
• All orders received after 2pm will be despatched the following day, via
• Royalmail postal service.
• All orders received after 2pm Friday will be despatched the following Monday,
• via Royalmail postal service.
• Delivery on larger or more expensive items is 24-72 hours; we use Fedex who
• will deliver to most addresses in Mainland UK. If you live in a remote part of
• the UK or outside Mainland UK please allow more time for delivery.
• If the order hasn’t arrived within 72 hours contact us so we can track your
• order.
• Free delivery available on orders over £60

Returns Policy

• Goods can be returned if they are faulty, or not what you ordered.
• Goods must be returned within 28 days.
• Returned items must be sent back with all original packaging, proof of purchase and
• contact details. This will help us process your return as quickly as possible. If we
• do not receive the item in the same way it is sent out you may be charged a
• restocking fee.
• Faulty items can be exchanged or refunded. If there is a problem with replacing the
• item we will contact you and arrange an alternative or a refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns.
