Thank you for your email. Thule do not do a barn door rack as far as I can find. Their racks are mainly tow bar mounted and have a foot plate you press down which in turn tills the rack forward while fully loaded with a bike or box allowing you access to the rear of your vehicle. But I'm not sure this would be suitable to a VW T5 as it would not give you full access unless it was removed.
However with this said they do door van racks but none I could find are suitable for the VW T5. It may be an idea to contact VW directly and see what they recommend.
