About RCB:Recovered Carbon Black (RCB) is derived from utilised tyres. Our partner, Pyrum Innovations, mechanically processes (shredding) the tyres and recycles them through a thermochemical process known as pyrolysis. This carbon black acts as a filler and a reinforcing agent in the rubber compound. Not only does it enhance the tyre's dynamic properties (including abrasion resistance, rolling resistance, and wet grip), but it also adds to the colouring of the tyre.
