With 27.5-inch wheels for the perfect blend of responsiveness and stability, the S-Works Stumpjumper utilises a revolutionary approach in tackling stiffness. By implementing a mountain-specific stiffness test along with Finite Element Analysis (FEA), we created a frame design significantly more efficient than competitors. This resulted not only in an increase in front-end stiffness for L and XL frames but also one of the lightest trails frames currently on the market.
Our radical new sidearm design has baked-in stiffness targets to offer you the best ride. This design connects the front-end and rear-end at three points, reducing frame flex when the rear suspension is active, and shaving off about 100 grams of weight. To further enhance suspension performance, we developed a custom Rx Trail Tune for both the fork and rear shock – providing linear suspension, irrespective of wheel size.
Versatility is the name of the game with the S-Works Stumpjumper. The threaded bottom brackets make a matchless return and have room for up to a 3.0' tyre. Feel free to run any aftermarket rear shock of your desire, as standard metric shocks come as default. The revamped SWAT™ box is sleeker and lighter, with increased volume, coupled with a Flip Chip for tuning your ride style. And let's forget the inconvenience of cable routing, full tubes can be found throughout the carbon frame, thus easing your maintenance worries.
