By developing a mountain-specific stiffness test and using Finite Element Analysis (FEA), we have been able to create a bike that is exceedingly efficient and one of the lightest on the trails today.
Furthermore, the groundbreaking sidearm design ensures all the main contact points of the bike are super-stiff and well connected. This advanced design helps reduce rear-end flex when the suspension is functioning, making it one of the most agile bikes on the market.
Equipped with a custom Rx Trail Tune for fork and rear shock, your ride can be fine-tuned for maximum effectiveness, regardless of frame, wheel, or rider size. We've created an Rx Tune for each platform so whatever wheel size you prefer, you'll enjoy a highly-optimized performance.
We've even taken care of the little details to make your experience that much smoother. The S-Works Stumpjumper comes fitted with a threaded bottom bracket and has room for a 3.0" tyre. You're also free to run any aftermarket rear shock you prefer, as we use standard metric shocks.
