We built the Caledonia-5 in close collaboration with our World Tour riders. The result is a bike that truly epitomises the demands of a cobbles race, where the margin for error is non-existent. By increasing the rear centre, lowering the BB, and increasing the trail, we've ensured the handling remains fast but with added stability, making it capable of withstanding Roubaix, the ultimate test for any bike.
The use of lower modulus carbon in key areas ensures that the Caledonia-5 balances the brittleness typical of hi-mod fibre, delivering a combination of performance, comfort, and speed. And still, you can fit a 34mm tire in there, or 31mm with fenders. The Caledonia-5 Red eTap AXS is meticulously designed for the limitless, high-paced, and long-distance rides that become stories of a lifetime.
