How To Use

Prepare a portion by dissolving the content in 500ml or 750ml of water. Three dose sizes, depending on the duration/intensity of exercise:

• Under 2 Hours of Activity - 1 scoop in 500ml of water = 30g of carbohydrates
• Over 2 Hours of Activity - 2 scoops in 500ml of water = 60g of carbohydrates
• Over 3 Hours of High Intensity Activity - 3 scoops in 750ml of water = 90g of carbohydrates (only recommended for high-level athletes and professionals)
