Interested in this bike. How do the brakes work ie is there a dynamo. And does it come with dual-purpose pedals - flat for running to the shops and spd for longer journeys/training

Thank you for your email. I have checked the spec for you and confirm that the Light is charged via USB. Brakes operate via disc rather than rim brake systems. It is far more efficient, meaning you will stop quicker in all weather conditions but works particularly well in wet weather.
It is a full equipped bike and though it does come with pedals it does not come with the dual sided ones. These can be purchased separately with a good example being the Shimano PDM324 https://www.corleycycles.com/product/69907601/shim... which offers you exactly the flexibility you would be looking for.
