What is your refund/returns policy?
Goods can be returned if they are faulty, or not what you ordered.
Goods must be returned within 28 days.
Returned items must be sent back with all original packaging, proof of purchase and contact details. This will help us process your return as quickly as possible. If we do not receive the item in the same condition it was sent out you may be charged a restocking fee.
Faulty items can be exchanged. If there is a problem with replacing the item we will contact you and arrange an alternative or a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse returns.

What is your delivery policy?
We aim to despatch all orders received before 2pm the same day.
All orders received after 2pm will be despatched the following day.
All orders received after 2pm Friday will be despatched the following Monday.
Delivery on larger or more expensive items is 24-72 hours; we use Fedex who will deliver to most addresses in Mainland UK. If you live in a remote part of the UK or outside Mainland UK please allow more time for delivery.
If the order hasn’t arrived within 72 hours contact us so we can track your order.
Do you accept Cyclescheme vouchers?
Yes we work with a number of Cycle to Work companies, you can find out more about them here.
Generally speaking it’s a case of coming into store to see what you want, getting a quote from one of our employees (this can include accessories), passing the quote onto the person who set up your scheme and then waiting for the voucher to arrive to you. We do offer the option of putting down a completely refundable deposit to secure the bike you want, or to order it in, this way it ensures that the bike is ready to go when you come in with your voucher.
