Bike fitting is essential for everyone, not only riders who are racing.
It is key to comfort as well as performance and also injury prevention. Whether it is your new bike or an existing bike that you have been riding for a number of years then it is worth getting fitted on it to make sure that you are correctly setup. Small changes to your riding position can make huge differences to performance and comfort.
Basic Corley Cycles Bike Fitting & Advanced Corley Cycles Bike Fit
Here at Corley Cycles we have two different bike fit systems in place; our own branded basic Corley Cycles bike fit (best for inexperienced cyclists, or those looking for a quick setup), our more advanced Corley Cycles bike fit (best for experienced cyclists/minimum fit for a TT setup).
Basic Corley Cycles Bike Fit
The basic Corley Cycles bike fit looks at your body dimensions and riding style. We then get you on the bike and adjust the fit to suit each rider.
Includes setup on our static CompuTrainer and simple biomechanical checks to prevent injury.
You will need to bring your bike and riding kit with you for this fit. Bike fitting takes roughly an hour to an hour and a half.
Cost – £60
Advanced Corley Cycles Bike Fit
Our advanced Corley Cycles bike fit includes a full physical assessment and allows for increased accuracy and optimisation within the fit.
This fit includes setup on static CompuTrainer, pedal technique analysis (pedalling dynamics) and a full physical assessment. This is the minimum bike fit requirement for a TT/Triathlon setup.
You will need to bring your bike and riding kit with you. This fit takes between an hour and a half to two hours.
Cost – £110
